The morning of the show we left pretty early, we had a 3 hour drive to the venue, and we wanted to get there in time to purchase the newest feature at Rams Head, called the Rock Star Entrance. Rock Star Entrance passes were only available to the first 75 people in line at the backdoor of the club. These passes entilted you to get in 2 hours before the door time.
After standing inline in the cold for what seemed like forever, they finally opened the doors and let the first 75 people inside for an extra 10$. For this time we were not in the club, but in the tavern for a preshow party kinda deal. They served drinks and whatnot. Needless to say my ladyfriend who is underage got sick and we were asked to leave the club. Security was pretty much assholes about this matter. Well we still had 2 hours before the show actually started and i had an extra ticket in my pocket. After walking around for a while and calming my friend down i got the idea of buying another ticket from a scalper and then going through the front door, where different people who wouldnt notice us were working.
I got the extra ticket and calmed down my friend, whom didnt believe this idea was going to work, and we proceeded through the front doors without a problem.
The first band came on, I believe they were called the Ours, and wasnt much of a crowd pleaser. People came to see Manson, not the Ours. When Manson finally came on he opened with the song Cruci-Fiction in Space. Everyone was going nuts. About 5 or 6 songs into the show i believe during Mobscene.. the crowd was getting crazy and the security barracade infront of the stage broke. Security had to get on stage and threaten to stop the show if people didnt calm down alittle bit. This is what happens when you put Manson in a club that holds 1500 people, the smallest venue of the tour. After all was said and done they played 18 songs, some new and some old, and it was an AMAZING performance.
