See Ricky Martin Tour schedule below.The fact that Ricky Martin is heading back to the US market, and the southern California market, is a true indication that Latino power is on the rise. Latinos are buying expensive concert tickets in premium markets. We all knew that the Latino population would be integrating into the mainstream. This is ample proof that is occurring. Latin Concerts on the riseFrom Mana, to Ana Gabriel, Spanish speaking artists are making an huge impact on the touring business. I personally think that is great. Concerts should be enjoyed by all people. What I find interesting is that once the market sees that Latinos are spending premium dollars on concerts, corporate America will understand that this is a population with expendable money.Look for corporations to increase there target marketing to this population. Who is next?A majority of the Latino artists today have come from huge fan bases in other countries, and used their popularity in their home country to make their entrance in the US market a la Ricky Martin. The question now is: "Will a Latino artist from the US break into the mainstream?".
